Prades, located in the Baix Camp region, is renowned for its characteristic landscape of reddish sandstone that defines many of its buildings, giving it the name of “Vila Vermella” (Red Village). It has several areas protected by the PEIN (Plan for Areas of Natural Interest) and the Natura 2000 Network of the Prades Mountains. In addition, part of the area includes the Partial Nature Reserve of the Titllar ravine and the Tossal de la Baltasana.
